First Christian Church seeks to encourage and equip believers of all ages to be fully committed followers of Christ. Our desire is to create an environment where all people have their needs met and their lives touched by the love of Christ. We invite you to join us this Sunday for a time of worship and preaching from God's Word. We are here as a congregation of Christians to serve you and continue the work which Christ came to accomplish, namely "to seek and to serve that which is lost". This is accomplished through the preaching, believing, and obeying the Gospel of Jesus the Christ. We meet for worship each Sunday to observe the Lord's Supper as was customary with the early church (Acts 20:7), and to preach and study the Word of God, and to unite in prayer, sharing in the responsibility and fellowship of the ongoing work of Christ as taught in (Acts 2:42). We seek to live out the Christian message in daily life. |

In other words, we own our own land, hire our own preacher, stick to what the Bible says, and avoid all the controversies that come with large denominations. In fact, we believe there is no need to be anything more than simply CHRISTIAN. We are not the only Christians, but we are Christians only. We are the First Christian Church.
